RRB
Recruitment is conducted by Indian Railways for employment in various
departments like NTPC, Group A, B, C, D and other various positions. Various
notifications for vacancies are released by the Indian Railways every year.
Interested candidate must choose their preferred field of career and then
follow the notifications for that post. The eligibility criteria for these
posts are different for each posts.
RRB recruitment exam is the recruitment exam held by the Indian Railways for recruitment of candidates to various positions in the Indian Railways. It is a national-level exam. The selection process is divided into three stages i.e., Computer Based Test, Physical Efficiency Test, and then Document Verification.
Railway Group C | 2025
The
Railway Group C exam is typically a computer-based test (CBT) with sections on
General Science, Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, and General
Awareness and Current Affairs. The exam has a total of 100 multiple-choice
questions, with one mark for each correct answer and a deduction of 1/3 mark
for incorrect answers. Qualified candidates then proceed to a Physical
Efficiency Test (PET) and document verification.

Group C: Under Group C, you will find a variety of roles including Station Master, Ticket Collector, Clerk, Commercial Apprentice, Safety staff, Traffic Apprentice, and various Engineering posts (Electrical, Signal & Telecommunication, Civil, Mechanical), among others.
