HARIYANA PCS
The
Haryana Civil Services (HCS) Preliminary Exam for 2025 consists of two
objective papers: General Studies and Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT). Both
are qualifying in nature, and each is worth 100 marks, with a negative marking
of (0.25) marks for each incorrect answer. Marks from Paper-I (General Studies)
are used to shortlist candidates for the Main examination, with 12 times the
number of vacancies being selected. The official notification for the 2025 exam
is expected to be released by the Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) in
late October or early November 2025.
